France is now raiding Mosques...

ANOTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRY CONFRONTING THE DANGERS OF ISLAM – BUT IS IT  TOO LATE ? ? ?
France Raids Mosques, What Was Found Should Have Us Demolishing Them ALL.

French police raided a mosque Sunday, finding what they call a “staggering” amount of weapons, ammunition, and terrorist propaganda.
Following the Islamic terror attacks in Paris that killed over 130 people, France has begun raiding mosques, despite cries of “Islamophobia” and racism. However, what police found Muslims hiding there is more than enough to have us demanding they all be torn down.

In a controversial move, a mosque in Lagny-sur-Marne was thoroughly raided by French authorities Sunday after its members were suspected of supporting the Paris terror attacks and the Islamic State What they found was absolutely chilling.
France 24   reports that police uncovered massive stash of 7.62mm Kalashnikov ammunition and ISIS propaganda videos. A revolver and “jihadist documents” were also found at the home of one of the mosque leaders.

At least 334 weapons were confiscated and 232 Muslims were arrested, with 22 under surveillance with travel bans and 9 placed under house arrest.

This is the third mosque to be closed in France since the Paris attack onNovember 13. As a result of the terror attacks, 2,235 homes have been subsequently raided.

In 15 days we have seized one-third of the quantity of war-grade weapons that are normally seized in a year,” France’s Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve told Express  .

Police also found recordings of religious chants “glorifying the martyrs of jihad linked to the terrorist organisation Jabhat al-Nusra,” the Syrian branch of Al-Qaeda, the prefecture added.

While those of us on the right warn that more gun control will only leave us defenseless, France has proven it with their own failed policies. All but banning weapons hasn’t stopped Islamic terrorists from obtaining them, as these raids have shown. This is one instance where we should learn from the mistakes of others, rather than making more of our own — mistakes that will cost more American lives than we’ve already seen lost at the hands of those who follow Islam, Allah, and his pedophile prophet.

President of the local Muslim association, Mohammed Ramdane, criticized the police’s closure of the mosque, blaming them for setting up local Muslims.

The ISIS videos were found among an abundance of teaching material for Muslim children of a connected madrassa.
“Nothing has been found,” he claimed. “Nothing is hidden, we don’t hide anything.”

So far, the Schengen Agreement allows the EU’s 400 million residents and other non-EU nationals to freely cross Europe without showing an ID or waiting to be screened. Because of it, thousands who support Islamic terror and wish to terrorize European civilians are now in Europe.

Although the left attempts to argue that most mosques won’t harbor weapons or terrorists, we must remember that it only took a handful of Muslims to slaughter more than 130 people in Paris. Of course, political correctness has perpetuated these attacks, making witnesses afraid to come forward with information for fear they will be labeled racist or Islamophobic.

Still, these mosques are teaching from the
Quran, the same book that contains 109 verses that command all Muslims to be violent and slaughter unbelievers in order to receive an eternal reward. In case any of these imams or Muslim mosque goers decide that the Quran is actually peaceful and not to be taken literally, they only need to look at the only “interpretation” that Allah said matters — Muhammad’s.
As the messenger of Allah, Muhammad wasn’t only charged with preaching the divine revelation, but modeling it for followers to copy.
Because Muhammad beheaded, raped, enslaved, and conquered until the day of his death, Muslims must behead, rape, enslave, and conquer as he did. If they do not emulate their prophet to the best of their ability, the Quran states that they are hypocrites who will share hell with their infidel friends.

Because Islam is enshrouded by the term “religion,” we have been fooled into thinking that it must be tolerated and even respected. We must buck the notion that all religions are created equal.
All religions are ideologies, and therefore, can never be equalBecause Islam is more violent and produces more terrorists than all other religions combined, tolerance of it would mean our own non-existence.

Al Gore is an idiot

new study out of Germany casts further doubt on the so-called global warming “consensus” by suggesting the atmosphere may be less sensitive to increases in carbon dioxide emissions than most scientists think.
A study by scientists at Germany’s Max Planck Institute for Meteorology found that man-made aerosols had a much smaller cooling effect on the atmosphere during the 20th Century than was previously thought. Why is this big news? It means increases in carbon dioxide emissions likely cause less warming than most climate models suggest.
What do aerosols have to do with anything? Well, aerosols are created from human activities like burning coal, driving cars or from fires. There are also natural aerosols like clouds and fog. Aerosols tend toreflect solar energy back into space, giving them a cooling effect that somewhat offsets warming from increased CO2 emissions.
The Max Planck study suggests “that aerosol radiative forcing is less negative and more certain than is commonly believed.” In layman’s terms, aerosols are offsetting less global warming than was previously thought. And if aerosols aren’t causing as much cooling, it must mean carbon dioxide must be causing less warming than climate models predict.
“Going forward we should expect less warming from future greenhouse gas emissions than climate models are projecting,” write climate scientists Pat Michaels and Chip Knappenberger with the libertarian Cato Institute, adding that this study could be a “death blow” to global warming hysteria.
Independent climate researcher Nick Lewis put out a study last year with Georgia Tech’s Dr. Judith Curry that found that the climate’s response to a doubling of atmospheric CO2 levels — a measurement called “climate sensitivity” was 1.64 degrees Celsius.
Lewis revised his findings based on the Max Planck aerosol study and found something astounding: climate sensitivity drops dramatically. Lewis also looked at climate sensitivity estimates given by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change — often regarded as the world’s top authority on global warming.
The IPCC’s latest assessment put climate sensitivity between 1.5 and 4.5 degrees Celsius. The IPCC says that despite “the large uncertainty range, there is a high confidence that aerosols have offset a substantial portion of [greenhouse gas] global mean forcing.”
Basically, the IPCC says aerosols deflect a lot of warming — the opposite of the Max Planck study’s finding.
But incorporating the results from the Max Planck study dramatically reduces the upper bound estimate of climate sensitivity from 4.5 degrees to 1.8 degrees Celsius.
To put this into perspective, atmospheric concentrations of CO2 currently stand at around 400 parts per million, if this were to double, according to the IPCC’s estimates temperatures could rise as high as 4.5 degrees Celsius.
But incorporate the Max Planck study results and warming would only be as high as 1.8 degrees Celsius — less than half what the IPCC originally predicted.
Michaels and Knappenberger say Lewis’s findings basically eliminate “the possibility of catastrophic climate change—that is, climate change that proceeds at a rate that exceeds our ability to keep up.”
“Such a result will also necessarily drive down estimates of social cost of carbon thereby undermining a key argument use by federal agencies to support increasingly burdensome regulations which seek to reduce greenhouse gas emissions,” write Michaels and Knappenberger.

Senator Mark Begich letter...

December 10, 2011

Dear Mr. Kroll:

Thank you for contacting me about detainee provisions in S.1867, the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012, which passed the Senate 93-7 on December 1, 2011. These provisions will continue to be worked on and finalized during conference negotiations with the House of Representatives. I appreciate the opportunity to respond to and understand your concerns prior to the negotiations of the final bill.

As an advocate of constitutional rights and civil liberties, I strongly oppose the military arresting U.S. citizens on American soil. I also do not support military detention of U.S. citizens–unless they are members or supporters of al-Qaeda or the Taliban, were involved in the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, or have engaged in hostile action against our troops overseas. I voted in support of the detainee provisions in S.1867 because it will codify law which provides protection for civil liberties, does not allow for the military to arrest U.S. citizens on American soil and prohibits military custody of individuals who are not members of al-Qaeda or the Taliban.
The just-passed bill does not allow for military apprehension of U.S. citizens on American soil and does not mandate indefinite military detention of U.S. citizens who have participated in an act of war. In fact, the provisions provide no new or expanded detention authority to the President. To ensure that was clear and to continue to defend citizens' rights under the Constitution, I supported one of Senator Feinstein's amendments.  The amendment clearly states the provisions shall not be construed to affect existing laws or authorizations relating to the detention of our citizens arrested in the United States by the civil authorities–even if they are  members or supporters of al-Qaeda or the Taliban, involved in the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, or who engage in hostile action against our troops overseas.

The bill does, however, affirm the President's existing detention authority under the Authorization for Use of Military Force (Public Law 107-40) passed by Congress in 2001. This law already allows the President to detain any person who is deemed to be a member or supporter of al-Qaeda or the Taliban, involved in the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, or has engaged in hostile action against our troops overseas. This includes the authority to indefinitely detain U.S. citizens like John Walker Lindh, who fought alongside the Taliban against U.S. troops in Afghanistan, as an enemy combatant subject to the law of war. The authority to detain U.S. citizens engaging in acts of war against the U.S. was confirmed in a Supreme Court case in 2004, Hamdi v. Rumsfeld, which stated that "[t]here is no bar to this Nation's holding one of its own citizens as an enemy combatant."

To protect citizens and non-citizens from being wrongfully held, S.1867 also includes a number of provisions to uphold the rights of those accused of joining the Taliban or al-Qaeda during their detention. The bill requires the Department of Defense (DOD) to provide them with an attorney and mandates DOD provide evidence of proof to a federal judge the person is a member or supporter of al-Qaeda or the Taliban, was involved in the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, or has engaged in hostile action against our troops. There will also be an annual review of the person's status as an enemy held under the law of war. Further, nothing in the bill undercuts habeas corpus rights of those in detention. Citizens and non-citizens will still be able to seek a federal court review of the legality of their detention.

I believe affirming the President's already existing authority to detain persons who would harm America under the law of war is important to national security. While the provisions in the bill provide no new authority relating to detention of persons who commit acts of war I understand there is much debate regarding the Hamdi court case and detention of U.S. citizens. I believe the provisions in the bill will protect innocent American citizens from unwarranted detention and I will be working with my colleagues on the Senate Armed Services Committee to ensure this remains absolutely clear as negotiations begin with the House of Representatives.

Sincerely,
Mark Begich
U.S. Senator

Why didn't he mention the 800 of so detention camps being constructed and maintained at a cost of over 400 billion? Who determines what an act of war is? Is questioning what our government is doing and act of war? Why is the President the one who decides to lock up Americans? Isn't that rather dictatorial?
