100 Mile Constitution Exemption Zone = Loss of 4th Amendment Rights

We ran across something that greatly disturbed us as we were researching illegal immigration.  U.S. District Judge Korman has decided that the border — the area 100 miles inland from the entire U.S. border — falls under a “border exemption” and is being called a “Constitutional Exemption Zone”… all in the name of “national security”.  People that are in this area are subject to being stopped and searched at random.  So, our Constitutional Rights are being SUSPENDED in the 100-mile Constitutional Exemption Zone?  Does this affect EVERYONE?  What does this all mean, and to what can it lead?  What is being planned for all of us in this ‘exemption zone’?
The Fourth Amendment is supposed to protect us from unreasonable search and seizure, including arbitrary and random stops and searches.

U.S. CONSTITUTION – AMENDMENT IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Within 100 miles of the U.S. border, however, these rules DO NOT apply.
Constitutional Exemption Zones are being implemented by the Department of Homeland Security.  It appears that this federal agency isn’t really securing the borders but are extinguishing the Fourth Amendment Rights of over 197 million people within 100 miles of the border… and the ocean?
Secure The Republic is very concerned about this new “Constitutional Exemption Zone”.  What is REALLY going on?  Most of our metropolitan cities fall within this area.  2/3 of Americans (197.4 MILLION people) will be affected by this.  These people could find themselves WITHOUT CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.  If the 4th Amendment can be removed (the one which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures), so can the other amendments!   It appears that our borders are being eliminated and the sovereignty of our country is under attack.

Border search exception law and legal definition  This is the Border Exception Law that is being implemented.  The power to conduct warrantless search is referenced under 8 USCS § 1357.  This is covered in the link.
Folks, this is not about border security.  Our borders haven’t been secure in MANY years.  This is about losing state sovereignty and our constitutional rights.  This includes dropping national borders. Remember, it’s a well-orchestrated plan that has been slowly coming together and will strip us of our constitutional rights.  You’ll find that proponents of these random searches and seizures make it sound good, but we need to know where their true motivation lies…  It appears to us that we are in a type of police state.
Also, study your state constitution.  You may find that it no longer describes the boundaries of your state, effectively abolishing your state.  At last check, the only states that still lay out their boundaries in their constitutions are:  Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Nevada, New Mexico, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Arkansas’ Constitution has been checked, and their boundary is found in Article I under “Boundaries”.  The description of the boundary for your state may be found in a different location than Article I in your particular state’s constitution.
When the State borders are no longer in the State Constitution, it is the signal that the State has lost its sovereignty.  WAKE UP AMERICA!  Is your state boundary being abolished?  Think about it another way:  would you buy a piece of property that has no legal definition?
In order to better understand this, you will need to obtain a copy of your present state constitution to see if your state legislature has removed the boundaries of your state.  The only way that these changes can be made is to change the state constitution and the U.S. Constitution.  The promoters of Regional Governance and a One-World Government know this.  It looks like STATE BOUNDARIES WILL HAVE TO BE ABOLISHED BEFORE REGIONAL GOVERNANCE and a ONE-WORLD GOVERNMENT CAN BE FULLY ENFORCED IN THE UNITED STATES.  Once this happens, there will be a centralization of power.  State boundaries have already been abolished in 33 of 50 states!
We wanted to make you aware of the dangers which we could face if we don’t abide by our U.S. Constitution, but you’ll need to do your own in-depth research on this topic.
So, we’d better beware of a Constitutional Convention (Con-Con) / Article V Amendment Convention / Convention of States that could rewrite the Constitution!

The lost Book of Enki

Dear friends: History repeats itself. Here is what the Bush Antichrist had planned!

Here is an interesting excerpt from "The Words of the Lord(god) Enki" found in Iraq on clay tablets- cuneiforms( sometimes fragmented) dated 17/02/ 2017 B.C.(!!!!) written by the scribe Endubsar dictated to him by Sumerian Deity Enki (EA), 7 years after the nuclear holocaust which wiped out 5 cities( among them Sodom and Gomorrah) located in than fertile valley( now the location of Dead Sea), the location of Anunaki( Sumerian Deities) Spaceport in Sinai Peninsula(the Place of the Celestial Chariots) and their Command Center inside the Mount Mashu( ( the instrument-equipped mount at the post-Diluvial Sinai Spaceport).

These 7 weapons used were much more powerful than WMD in the world today. These weapons we dropped by son of god Enki Nergal and by his cousin Ninurta, son of the Enki's step brother Enlil than ruler of Anunaki gods residing on Earth, from their flying machines. Nergal and Ninurta tried to prevent Nergal's brother Marduk controlling the postdiluvial Spaceport of Anunaki in Sinai. Marduk usurped the power from his uncle Enlil prior; however this barbaric act of two cousins destroyed the Sumerian civilization in matter of hours by huge nuclear fallout storm which blanketed every city west of the now dead Sea and south of Babylon, which was ruled by Marduk already and spared of inhalation. Each weapon had a different purpose and different name:

-The One Without Rival

-The Blazing Flame

-The One Who with Terror Crumbles

-The Mountain Melter

-The Wind That the Rim of the World Seeks

-The One Who Above and Below No One Spares

-The vaporizer of Living Things

Interestingly the Council of Anunaki consisting from 12 gods voted 11:1 to destroy the "sinning cities” and Spaceport with the Command center. Only god Enki was against saying it was absolutely insane.

Enki's son Nergal with vengeance was shouting:” I shall kill the son ( Marduk),I will annihilate the father! The lands they covet will vanish, the sinning cities I will upheaval!"

On that day, on that fateful day, Enlil to Ninurta(his son) the signal sent. To Mount Mashu Ninurta departed, behind him Nergal followed. The Mount and the Plain, in the heart of the Fourth Region( Sinai peninsula, location of postdiluvial Spaceport), Ninurta from the skies surveyed. With the squeezing in his heart, to Nergal a sign he gave: Keep off! To him he signaled.

Than the first terror weapon from the skies Ninurta let loose. The top of Mount Mashu with a flash is sliced off. The mount's innards in an instant melted. Above the Place of the Celestial Chariots the second weapon he unleashed, with the brilliance of seven suns the plain's rocks into a gushing wound were made. The Earth shook and crumbled, the heavens after the brilliance were darkened, with burnt and crushed stones was the plain of the chariots covered. Of all the forests that the plain had surrounded, the only tree stems were left standing.

It is done! Ninurta from the skyship, his Black Divine Bird, words shouted. The control that Marduk and Nabu (Marduk's son by Earthling's daughter of Enoch, beautiful Sarpanit)) so coveted, of it they are forever deprived!

Than to emulate Ninurta Nergal desired, to be Erra the Annihilator his heart him urged; following the King's Highway, to the verdant valley of the five cities he flew. In the verdant valley where Nabu the people was converting (to Marduk), Nergal as a caged bird to squash him planned! Over the five cities, one after the other, Erra upon each from the skies a terror weapon sent. The five cities of the valley he finished off, to desolation they were overturned. With the fire and brimstone were they upheavaled, all that lived there was to vapor turned. By the awesome weapons were mountains toppled, where the sea waters were barred the bolt broke open. Down into the valley the sea's waters poured, by the waters was the valley flooded; when upon the cities' ashes the water poured, steam to the heavens was rising.

It is done! Erra in his skyship shouted. In Nergal's heart there was no more vengeance. Surveying their evil handiwork, the two heroes by what they saw were puzzled: by a darkening of the skies were the brilliance followed, than a storm to blow began. Swirling within the dark cloud, gloom from the skies an Evil Wind carried. As the day wore on , the Sun on the horizon with darkness it obliterated. At nighttime a dreaded brilliance skirted its edges, the Moon at its rising it made disappear.

When down the next morning came, from the west, from the Upper Sea (Mediterranean Sea), a stormwind began blowing. The dark-brown cloud eastward it directed, toward the settled lands did the cloud spread; whenever it reached, death to all that lives mercilessly it delivered. From the Valley of No Pity (now Dead Sea), by the brilliance spawned, toward Shumer ( Sumeria) the death was carried.

To Enlil and Enki Ninurta and Nergal the alarm sounded: unstoppable the Evil Wind death all delivers! The alarm Enlil and Enki to the gods of Shumer transmitted: Escape! Escape! to them all they cried out. Let the people disperse, let the people hide! From their cities the gods flee, like frightened birds from their nests escaping they were. The people of the lands by the Evil Storm's hands were clutched; futile was the running. Stealthy was the death, like a ghost the fields and cities it attacked; the highest walls, the thickest walls, like floodwaters it passed, no door could shut it out, no bolt could turn it back.

Those who behind locked doors hid inside their houses like flies were felled; those who to the streets fled, in the streets were their corpses piled up. Cough and phlegm the chests filled, the mouths with spittle and foam filled up. As the Evil Wind the people unseen engulfed, their mouths were drenched with blood. Slowly over the lands the Evil Wind blew, from the west to east over plains and mountains it traveled.; everything that lived, behind it was dead and dying, people and cattle, all alike perished. The waters were poisoned, in the fields all vegetation withered. From Eridu in the south to Sippar in the north did the Evil Wind the land overwhelm. Babili (Babylon), where Marduk supremacy declared, by the Evil Wind was spared.

This is why so highly developed Sumerian civilization disappeared at instant, not like some researchers suggest that extremely powerful El Nino made it perish. The ancient record of Enki and other cuneiforms describe this event in gruesome detail.

Here is the excerpt why the memoir of god Enki was written as he summoned scribe Endubsar for 40 days to write. Said to him Enki:

”Endubsar, son of Eridu city (first settlement on Earth established by Enki/Ea in Shumer/Sumeria), my faithful servant. I am your lord Enki. I have summoned you to write down my words, for I am much distraught by what has befallen Mankind by the Great Calamity( nuclear destruction mentioned above). It is my wish to record the true course of the events, to let gods and men alike know that my hands are clean. Not since the Great Deluge had such a calamity befallen the Earth and the gods and the Earthlings. But the Great Deluge was destined to happen, not so the Great Calamity. This one, seven years ago, need not have happened. It could have been prevented, and I, Enki, did all I could to prevent it; alas, I failed. And was it Fate or was it Destiny? In the future shall it be judged, for at the end of days a Day of Judgment there shall be. On that day the Earth shall quake and rivers shall change course, and there shall be darkness at noon and fire in the heavens in the night, the day of the returning Celestial God will it be. And who shall survive and who would perish, who shall be rewarded and who will be punished, gods and men alike, on that day shall it be discovered; for what shall come to pass by what had passed shall be determined; and what was destined shall in a cycle be repeated, and what was fated and only by the heart's will occurring for good or ill shall for judgment come......" Endubsar was warned "Do not deviate from my words and utterances!"

After Endubsar finished the writing in 40 days he was ordered to write on the finest lapis lazuli tablets ( using the stylus made of finest electrum with tip of divine crystal, scribe did never seen before), god Enki continued:

“And as for you, Endubsar, with great god you have spoken, and though you have not seen me, in my presence you have been. Therefore you are blessed, and my spokesman to the people you shall be. You shall admonish them to be righteous, for in that lies a good and long life. And you shall comfort them, for in seventy years the cities will be rebuilt and the crops shall sprout again. There will be peace but there will also be wars. New nations will become mighty, kingdoms shall rise and fall. The olden gods shall step aside and new gods shall decree the fates. But at the end of days Destiny shall prevail, and of that future it is foretold in my words about the past. Of all that, Endubsar, to the people you shall tell. The signs will be in heavens, and the words to utter shall come to you in dreams and in visions. And after you there will be other chosen prophets. And in the end there will be a New Earth and a New Heaven, and for prophets there will be no more need".
